These Terms & Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all users of the Servana platform, including customers, vendors, service providers, delivery partners, and visitors to servana.ng. They work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and role-specific agreements.
1. Acceptance of Conditions
By registering, browsing, placing orders, making bookings, or using any Servana service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you are using Servana on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Electronic Communications
When you use Servana or contact us by email, SMS, push notification, or in-app chat, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that electronic notices, agreements, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
4. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including orders, bookings, wallet transactions, and messages. Servana reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel transactions that violate these Conditions or applicable law.
5. Product & Service Listings
Vendors and providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, stock levels, and availability calendars. Servana does not warrant that listings are error-free. We may remove listings that violate our policies or Nigerian consumer protection standards.
6. Pricing & Fees
Product and service prices are set by individual vendors and providers. Servana may charge platform fees, delivery fees, service fees, or payment processing fees as disclosed at checkout. All amounts are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Promotional discounts, flash sales, and loyalty points are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of offer.
7. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed using approved methods before or at the time of order confirmation, except where cash on delivery is explicitly offered. Failed payments may result in order cancellation. Chargebacks initiated without valid cause may lead to account suspension. Full payment terms are in our Payment Policy.
8. Delivery & Booking Fulfillment
Delivery times and service appointment windows are estimates. Servana coordinates logistics but does not guarantee exact arrival times. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive orders or grant access for service appointments. Repeated failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return eligibility, refund timelines, and cancellation fees depend on the product category, vendor policy, and service type. Perishable goods, digital products, custom orders, and completed services may be non-refundable. See our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
10. Reviews & Ratings
Customers may leave honest reviews after completed transactions. Fake reviews, incentivized ratings, retaliation, or review manipulation is prohibited. Servana may remove reviews that violate our Community Guidelines.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Servana for illegal activities, sale of prohibited items, harassment, fraud, scraping, spam, or circumvention of platform fees. A full list of prohibited conduct is in our Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Third-Party Relationships
Vendors, providers, restaurants, hotels, doctors, and delivery partners are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Servana. Servana is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or offerings of third parties beyond our obligations as a platform operator.
13. Limitation of Liability
Servana provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
14. Governing Law
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved per our Complaint Resolution Policy, with Nigerian courts having jurisdiction where required.
