When you use Servana services or send emails, SMS, or other communications to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Servana and our vendors attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing
Prices for products and services are set by individual vendors. Servana may charge service fees for certain transactions. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Servana provides a platform for third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of vendors to sell items or buyers to pay for them.
Governing Law
These Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
